This three-storey brick and stone apartment block on the northeast corner of Sutherland Avenue and Argyle Street North in Winnipeg was designed by S. Vigfusson and constructed in 1910 by Johannes Maris Sveinsson at an estimated cost of $35,000. The 56 foot by 62 foot building contained 18 apartments in its original configuration. It has 19 today.
