This Ukrainian Catholic church in the Municipality of Rossburn was constructed of logs in 1904, on land donated by Maxim Yaskiw. The first service was held later that year. It closed in December 1959 and underwent restoration by the Parkland Ukrainian Pioneer Association starting in 1978. It is a muncipally designated historic site as of 1991.
