This Roman Catholic church is situated in the Rural Municipality of Gimli near the Sts. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery. Built in 1921, the structure replaced an earlier church destroyed by lightning ten years earlier. Services were transferred to the St. Michael's parish in Gimli in the 1960s.
In 2000, the church became a municipally-designated historic site.
