This three-storey brick apartment block on College Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by local architect David Wynyard Bellhouse and constructed in 1909 by George Ephraim Baldry at a cost of $42,000 for owner William Preston. The 155 by 34 foot building contained 29 apartments.
