This house was built in 1914 by Frank Storey (?-?), a General Motors dealer in Russell. It was later owned by George Wellingdon “Wellie” Davidson (1894-1991) and James Burgess, a long-time Mayor of Russell.
It is listed in the Russell Historical Walking Tour under the name Elliott House.
