Historic Sites of Manitoba: St. Nicholas Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery (Rofton, RM of Stuartburn)A Ukrainian Orthodox cemetery, at the long-abandoned village of Rofton in the Rural Municipality of Stuartburn, is located in a community pasture. The trail to the cemetery, a three-mile walk from the nearest public road, is inaccessible by vehicles except under very dry conditions. Surrounded by a fence that keeps cattle from entering the cemetery, no maintenance has occurred in several years and the site is being slowly overgrown by trees.
