Historic Sites of Manitoba: Sheffield Court (301 Church Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone block at the northeast intersection of Church Avenue and Aikins Street in Winnipeg, measuring 98 feet by 36 feet, was designed and constructed in 1913 by the Sheffield Investment Company at a cost of about $45,000. It contained 22 apartments in its original configuration.
