Historic Sites of Manitoba: Rozel Apartments (105 Clarke Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Clarke Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect George Gaspar Teeter and constructed in 1912 by contractor Alexander Jamieson at a cost of about $75,000. The 116 feet by 75 feet building contained 23 apartments in its original configuration.
