Historic Sites of Manitoba: Rosedale Apartments (280 Rosedale Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block at the intersection of Rosedale Avenue and Osborne Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect William Fingland and constructed in 1911 for owner J. A. Munro at a cost of $20,000. The 63 foot by 35 foot building contained two stores on the main floor facing Osborne and seven residential apartments on the remainder of the main floor and the upper two floors.
