Historic Sites of Manitoba: River Heights Apartments (378 Academy Road, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block at the corner of Academy Road and Oak Street in Winnipeg was designed by Benjamin “Ben” Sheps and built in 1930 by contractor Walter H. Iverson. The building contains 23 apartments in its original configuration. It has 25 apartments today.
