Historic Sites of Manitoba: Rigby School No. 2026 (RM of Dauphin)

The Rigby School District was established in January 1920 and a schoolhouse was constructed at NE5-26-20W in the Rural Municipality of Dauphin. The district was dissolved in 1965.

Among the teachers of Rigby School were Helen Komfollo (1938), Stephen Negrych (1950-1951), Ernest Hafichuk (?-?), Mrs. Nellie Shewchuk (1954-1957), Myron Swintak (1957-1960), Miss Elsie Urichen (1960-1961), Robert Bradley (1963-1965), and Mrs. Pauline Stanko (1965-1966).
