This stone building in Rapid City in the Rural Municipality of Oakview was formerly the office for a flour mill, established here in 1886 to use the adjacent river as a source of power. The mill closed in 1918 and was demolished in December 1920. The former office building, operated by the local historical museum, is showing significant structural deterioration.
