Historic Sites of Manitoba: Pullmer Apartments (553 Wardlaw Avenue, Winnipeg)This three-storey brick and stone block on Wardlaw Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 60 feet by 130 feet, was designed by local architect David A. Abramovitch and built between 1913 and 1914 by owner Lewis Pullmer at a cost of about $70,000. The building contained 30 apartments in its original configuration.
