Historic Sites of Manitoba: Pine Falls Generating Station (Winnipeg River, Powerview-Pine Falls)

Construction of this hydroelectric power generating station on the Winnipeg River, undertaken by the Manitoba Hydro-Electric Board, began in 1949 and was completed in 1952. It is now operated by Manitoba Hydro.
