Historic Sites of Manitoba: Palliser Apartments (370 Stradbrook Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Stradbrook Avenue in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1929 by owner Metusalem Jonsson “Salli” Thorarinson at a cost of about $80,000. The 48 feet by 148 feet structure contained 30 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 33 apartments today.
