This three-storey brick and stone apartment block on Mountain Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by local architect Hugh Gordon Holman and constructed in 1909 by John Edward Wilson at a cost of $15,000 for owner C. Wilson. The 28 foot by 72 foot building contained eight apartments.
