This three-storey brick block on Jessie Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 112 feet by 56 feet, was designed by local architect David A. Abramovitch and constructed in 1908 by contractor James Noble at a cost of about $70,000. The building contained 30 apartments in its original configuration.
