This motel on Braecrest Drive in Brandon was constructed in 1955 by businessman Frederick John Seamer at a cost of about $250,000. Known originally as the Motel Rambler, it was renamed successively to Rambler Motel (?), Rambler Inn Motel (?), and Coachman Inn Motel (1985). Closed in the 1990s, it was demolished in 1998. The site is now occupied by private residences.
