Historic Sites of Manitoba: Lucerne Apartments (847 McMillan Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on McMillan Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 70 feet by 104 feet, was designed and constructed in 1913 by William Wardell Cross at a cost of about $45,000. The building contained 14 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 16 apartments today.
