Historic Sites of Manitoba: Lonsdale Apartments (375 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on River Avenue in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1929 by the Moxam Construction Company at a cost of about $80,000. The 80 foot by 86 foot structure contained 16 suites in its original configuration. It contains 32 apartments today.
