Historic Sites of Manitoba: Loma Linda Apartments (516 Maryland Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Maryland Street in Winnipeg was designed and constructed in 1912 by contractor Loftur Johan Jorundson at a cost of about $30,000. The 25 feet by 101 feet building contained 10 apartments in its original configuration. The site is now occupied by another building.
