This three-storey brick block on Lipton Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect William Fingland. Construction by the Ford Lewis Company began in 1914 but was interrupted by the First World War. The work was completed in 1921 by Thorsteinn Oddson. The 110 feet by 55 feet building contained 21 apartments in its original configuration. It has 24 apartments today.
