Built in 1910 at 510 Main Street in the rising community of Swan River, this is a modest commercial structure with office and commercial use on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floor. A simple block of brick construction, the Law Office Building is given relief by the segmental arches used on the main floor above the door and windows. It is a municipally-designated heritage building (1990).
