Historic Sites of Manitoba: Kingswood Apartments (478 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey block on River Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 40 feet by 51 feet, with a 19 by 32 addition on back, was constructed in 1906 by contractor William Wardell Cross for owner G. H. Craig at a cost of about $20,000. It contains eight suites in its present configuration.
