Historic Sites of Manitoba: Kepman Apartments (640 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg)

This two-storey brick block on Selkirk Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 30 feet by 58 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1914 for owner I. Kopman. The building contained five apartments in its original configuration. It has six apartments today.
