This two-storey block on Osborne Street in Winnipeg, measuring 40 feet by 50 feet, was designed and built in 1905 by J. Jones for owner Charles William Nassau Kennedy at a cost of about $5,000. In its original configuration, the building contained two retail shops on the main level and eight residential apartments on the upper level. It was demolished in July 2022.
