Historic Sites of Manitoba: Ivan Court / Edwin Court (390 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick apartment block on River Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by local architect Victor William Horwood and built in 1908 by owner John Moxam at a cost of $40,000. The 70 by 48 foot building contained 14 apartments. Known initially as Ivan Court, it was later renamed Edwin Court.
