A reinforced-concrete culvert bridge under Provincial Highway #26 (formerly a portion of the Trans-Canada Highway) at this site in the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie was constructed in 1919 by the Winnipeg firm of Lacour & Schioler, using Plan No. 480, at a cost of $734.
