On 16 July 2000, a monument was unveiled at the former site of the Guy Hill Indian Residential School near The Pas to commemorate murder victim Helen Betty Osborne. A nearby grave marker is another powerful reminder of her murder and the prolonged delay in bringing her murderers to justice.
