Historic Sites of Manitoba: Heather Apartments (247 Young Street, Winnipeg)
This three-storey brick block on Young Street in Winnipeg, measuring 56 feet by 96 feet, was designed and built in 1925 by James Alexander Matthews at a cost of about $60,000. The building contained 28 apartments in its original configuration. It has 30 apartments today.
