Historic Sites of Manitoba: Grosvenor House (811 Grosvenor Avenue, Winnipeg)

A 33-suite block on Grosvenor Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by the local architectural firm of Libling Michener and Associates and built in 1960 by Mida Construction. The building won a Centennial Award for Residential Design from the Canadian Housing Design Council.
