A monument at Grandview in the Municipality of Grandview was erected in commemoration of soldiers from the Grandview area killed during military service. A second monument nearby, donated by the Girls’ Guild of Grandview and dedicated on 28 December 1919, commemorates 26 local First World War casualties.
