A wooden grain elevator at Glenella, on the CNR Gladstone Subdivision in what is now the Municipality of Glenella-Lansdowne, was built in 1948 by Manitoba Pool Elevators, replacing an earlier elevator demolished the preceding year. A crib annex was built beside it in 1963. Closed by Agricore in July 2001, the elevator was sold and is now used for private grain storage.
