Historic Sites of Manitoba: Florence Apartments (145-149 Arlington Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Arlington Street in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1928 by the construction firm of Hazelton & Walin. The 47 foot by 100 foot structure contained 22 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 23 apartments today.
