Historic Sites of Manitoba: Delmar Apartments (623 William Avenue, Winnipeg)

This brick and stone block on William Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by architect Edmund Walter Crayston and built in 1912 by owner Frank Archibald at a cost of about $7,000. Initially, the 26 feet by 50 feet building was two storeys but a third storey was added later in 1912. It contains three apartments in its present configuration.
