Historic Sites of Manitoba: Cowan Trail Monument (Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman)

A monument in the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman marks the location of the Cowan Trail (named for James Cowan) from 1897 to 1899, erected here by the Minitonas and Area Sportsmen Club in recognition of the pioneers who entered the Swan Valley via the trail.
