Historic Sites of Manitoba: Colony Apartments (221 Colony Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick apartment block on Colony Street in Winnipeg, measuring 64 feet by 100 feet, was designed and built in 1927 by James Alexander Matthews at a cost of about $90,000. It contained 29 apartments in its original configuration.
