Historic Sites of Manitoba: Chatsworth Apartments (535 McMillan Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick apartment block on McMillan Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by local architect John Hamilton Gordon Russell and constructed in 1911 by the firm of Andrews and Son for owner Charles Smith at a cost of $40,000. The 52 foot by 83 foot building contained 14 apartments.
