Historic Sites of Manitoba: Bronx Apartments (393 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on River Avenue in Winnipeg was built in 1928 by William Moxam at a cost of about $70,000. The 111 foot by 58 foot building contained 22 apartments in its original configuration.
