This two-storey residence on Dromore Avenue in Winnipeg was constructed in 1912 by the construction firm of Sparrow Brothers at a cost of about $16,000. Occupied at first by contractor Frank Allen Sparrow, it was sold in 1920 to businessman Milton Hallman Bingeman who lived here until his death in 1966.
