Historic Sites of Manitoba: Biltmore Apartments (395 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick apartment building on River Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 57 feet by 119 feet, was built in 1926 by Bentley Taylor at a cost of about $100,000. It contains 22 suites.
