Historic Sites of Manitoba: Belvidere Apartments (275 Colony Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone apartment block at the southeast corner of Colony Street and St. Mary Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by local architect John Danley Atchison and constructed in 1910 by owner A. B. Kent at a cost of $50,000. The 80 by 58 foot building contained 29 apartments.
