Historic Sites of Manitoba: Gordon and Mitchell Building / Bank of Montreal Building (676 Main Street, Winnipeg)

This building on Main Street in Winnipeg was designed by Toronto architects Darling and Pearson as a drugstore for pharmacists John Cram Gordon and William James Mitchell. In 1948, architects Northwood and Chivers remodelled the building into a branch of the Bank of Montreal. It was later used by Lighthouse Mission.
