Historic Sites of Manitoba: Assiniboine Court (357 Assiniboine Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone apartment block on Assiniboine Avenue in Winnipeg was designed by architect Charles Russell Oldershaw and built in 1906 by owner W. B. Carter at a cost of $40,000. The 68 by 80 foot building contained several apartments.
