Historic Sites of Manitoba: Ashland Court (364 Ashland Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Ashland Avenue in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1912 by its owner John Harold Wiltse at a cost of about $30,000. The 46 feet by 53 feet structure contained 13 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 11 apartments today.
