Historic Sites of Manitoba: Adanac Apartments (737-743 Sargent Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Sargent Avenue at the northwest corner of Beverley Street in Winnipeg, measuring 84 feet by 100 feet, was designed and built in 1914 by the Genser Brothers Construction Company at a cost of about $110,000. The building contained 40 apartments in its original configuration.
