This Winnipeg-based Winnipeg Roofing Company was established in 1953 by businessman Max Natch. He also established the Winnipeg Construction Company, which had no connection with the former Winnipeg Construction Company, in 1953. He and partner Sam Medzon established the Winnipeg Building Supplies Company in 1955 and, in 1966, Natch became President of Wyatt Rentals.
