 Graham, Herbert Clement Biography: Born in Oxford County, Ontario on 27 February 1856. Married Annie Cunningham. Claims: He came to Manitoba in May 1877 and he operated for four years. At that time, he took up an 800-acre farm at the west end of the Brandon Hills from 1881 until 1896. He served on the council of the RM of Oakland from 1885 to 1888 then, in 1888, was elected to the Manitoba Legislature for the constituency of West Brandon.
