Williams, John
Biography: Born 1860, Wales; Died 1931, Melita
Claims: Mr. Williams was the earliest settler on the “Peninsula” south
of town. He was a 1882. Councilor (1882), Reeve and MLA (1907). Became
Minister of Agriculture in 1922.
