Margaret McWilliams Award
2009 Short Lists

The following are the 2009 short lists for Margaret McWilliams Awards, one of the oldest literary awards in Canada, named in honour of writer Margaret McWilliams. Books nominated for this award have been published in the 2009 calendar year.

Readings from short-listed books will be given on Thursday, 22 April 2010, at 7:00 PM, at McNally-Robinson Booksellers (Winnipeg Location, Grant Park, Atrium). All are invited to attend this free event.

Winners will be presented at 1:00 pm on Saturday, 29 May 2010 at a ceremony at Lower Fort Garry National Historic Site.
